Mr Anurag Jain is an award-winning consultant ear, nose, throat and thyroid surgeon based in the London area. His areas of expertise include thyroid cancer, swallowing disorders, snoring problems, tonsillectomy, hearing loss and adenoidectomy.

Mr Jain received extensive training in both India and the UK and has worked in ENT/head and neck surgery for the last 23 years. He graduated with an MBBS and masters in surgery from a major referral centre in Delhi, India. After moving to the UK, he received further training in ENT and went on to complete higher surgical training. Mr Saurabh Jain is a leading consultant ophthalmic surgeon with a special interest in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus. From his private practice at The Portland Hospital Mr Jain offers a range of ophthalmic treatments and procedures to treat children with visual problems such as squint, lazy eye, and watery eye.

Mr Jain originally qualified in Medicine in 1997 at the University of Delhi, before starting his ophthalmology career at King's College Hospital, London. He continued his specialist training at the Manchester Royal Eye Hospital and Leicester Royal Infirmary, and now works across North London, providing services at a number of NHS clinics. He achieved his degrees in both medicine and surgery at the University of Pretoria, South Africa, before going onto gain a diploma in anaesthetics. After moving to the UK in 2006, he specialised in respiratory medicine and internal medicine at several world-renowned University teaching hospitals in North London. Dr José gained his postgraduate certificate in public health as well as membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians. He was awarded a prestigious Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Training Fellowship and received his PhD from University College London for his study on respiratory infection, inflammation and immunity.
 
Thanks to his passion for education, Dr José has gained vast experience in teaching and examining students at both undergraduate and post graduate level. He is an honorary associate professor at UCL and previously held the position of clinical lead of UCL’s renowned MBPhD programme, a course for the very best medical students who wish to achieve a PhD as well as their medical qualification.
 
Dr José as authored numerous scientific and medical articles (>70) as well as book chapters on many respiratory medicine topics including respiratory infection (e.g. pneumonia and COVID), bronchiectasis, lung complications of cancer therapy, lung cancer and bronchoscopy. Dr Richard Kaczmarski is a leading haematologist based at the London Haematology Clinic. With more than 35 years of experience, Dr Kaczmarski specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of haematological malignancies, including myeloma, red cell disorders, lymphoma, anaemia, sickle cell diseases, and routinely performs stem cell transplants, CAR T-cell therapy and blood transfusions.

Dr Kaczmarski graduated from King’s College Hospital Medical School in London in 1984, having completed research into the role of haemopoietic growth factors in myelodysplastic syndromes and HIV. He subsequently trained in internal medicine at St Bartholomew’s Hospital and then received his haematology training from King’s College Hospital, during which he held research posts funded by the Wellcome Trust and the Medical Research Council. Dr Kaczmarski later accomplished higher specialist haematology training at Hammersmith Hospital.

Dr Kaczmarski is heavily involved in research conducted by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) and participates in both commercial and academic clinical trials and research for the investigation of anaemias, coagulation, red cell disorders and thrombotic issues. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and has written various medical articles and book chapters. He is also the specialty lead for cancer in the North West London Clinician Research Network and helped to establish the West London Cancer Research Network as well.

Beyond his extensive clinical duties, Dr Kaczmarski is also an honorary lecturer at the Imperial College, London and an examiner for the Royal College of Pathologists. Alongside the London Haematology Clinic, Dr Kaczmarski also holds consultant haematologist and clinical lead posts at Hillingdon Hospital. In addition, he also works at The London Clinic, where he is the director of the stem cell laboratory and chairs the Hospital Transfusion Committee.

Dr Kaczmarski is a double fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and the Royal College of Pathologists, as well as a member of various professional organisations, including the British Society for Haematology.

Dr Karin Hellner is a well-respected and highly-accomplished consultant gynaecologist in London and Oxford who specialises in colposcopy, human papillomavirus (HPV) and cervical cytology alongside abnormal smear tests and dyskaryosis. Dr Hellner has an impressive educational history, with an MD and PhD from the Charité - Medical Faculty at Humboldt-University of Berlin in Germany Humboldt-University of Berlin. She went on to split her specialist training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology between the Charité in Berlin and Oxford. She also spent four years as a postdoctoral research fellow at Harvard Medical School/Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, USA. Here she worked on the molecular mechanisms of how HPV causes cancers and how to treat them.

Dr Hellner, who also gives advice on HPV vaccination, vaginal and cervical diseases, is also a prominent name in gynaecological education. She joined the world renowned University of Oxford as a clinical lecturer in 2011 and was appointed as a Senior Fellow in Women's Health at the Nuffield Department of Reproductive & Women's Health in 2017.

Dr Hellner leads an HPV research group at the University of Oxford which is focussed on development and trials of novel immunotherapies for HPV and cervical dysplasia. Her work has been featured in various peer-reviewed journals.
 
She is an expert reviewer for leading UK charity Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust, and other media content, a board member of the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP) and an accredited colposcopy trainer. Dr Hellner is also a member of the International Papillomavirus Society.

Mr Azhar Khan is a distinguished Consultant Urological and Robotic Surgeon based in London. Mr Khan remains a prominent figure in academic research and he has authored a number of peer-reviewed publications on kidney cancer, kidney stone disease and prostate diseases. He obtained an MD from the University of Bristol, following clinical research at the renowned Bristol Urological Institute. He regularly participates in both national and international conferences and he is an active member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons, along with the European Association of Urology.

 Dr Kothari graduated with a first class honours degree in Medical Sciences at the University of Cambridge, before completing his medical training at the University of Oxford. He undertook his haematology training at the internationally renowned University College Hospital London (UCLH), which included an advanced fellowship on the comprehensive treatment of myeloma and associated conditions.
 
His areas of expertise lie in the treatment of multiple myeloma, lymphomas and associated disorders. He is myeloma lead for The Thames Valley Cancer Alliance, co-ordinating care for a population of 2.5 million people – with the primary responsibilities being chairing the regional multi-disciplinary team meeting,  developing new protocols, being a point of contact for complex case discussions  and co-ordinating clinical trials. He is a primary investigator in numerous clinical trials for new treatments in myeloma and lymphoma, and has published extensively in high impact clinical and scientific journals, including senior authorship in national guidelines.
He has recently led and published a national clinical trial in Waldenstrom Macroglobulinaemia.
 
 He is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Haematology at the University of Oxford, and has lectured locally, regionally and nationally over the years.
